LemanVentures is focused on identifying investments in Food and Ag companies at the forefront of innovation, sustainability and new consumer trends.

LemanVentures was founded by Stefano Rettore, a senior executive and investor with an extensive track record in the Food and Ag industry globally. In 2021 the firm entered into a partnership with Sucafina, the leading sustainable Farm to Roaster coffee company, to accelerate the expansion of the investment portfolio. 

Stefano is deeply involved in the Food and Ag industry. He is also a Board Member of Ameropa, a global agricultural supply chain company and a Non-Executive Director of Deoleo, the world’s leading olive oil company.

Prior to establishing LemanVentures, Stefano had a distinguished career in the global Food and Ag industry. He was a member of the Executive Committee of Archer Daniels Midland (NYSE: ADM) as President of its global Agribusiness and Group Chief Risk Officer. Before ADM he was President of CHS International, the global division of CHS Inc (NASDAQ: CHSCP).
